Ideal for Young people or Young at heart.

Come and join me for a Mixed Media art journaling workshop  and unleash your artistic inner child.

Mixed Media is all about freedom, creative expression & play, it is fun, with no rules or pressures. I think there is adventure in not knowing where you are going with it until you get there! We Just need to trust the process and have fun :)

Join us and Learn to express your personal ideas using collage & paint, oil pastels, texture paste, water-soluble pencils & crayons recycled materials.

We will Explore the printmaking technique of monoprinting using plants, stencils and other found materials to create one-of-a-kind and often unexpected images. Then we will play with collage and we will add visual texture with fabric, fibre, threads, stencils, stamping,  creative tearing, glazing and paint splashing.

You’ll also carve original stamps, make our own paint Brushes  from sticks, plants and bits and bobs :), learn about different art supplies, their properties and the ways they work together.

By the end of the week,  the journal you created from your mono prints on paper and fabric , found recycled papers, watercolour paper will be filled to the brim with colour, images and memories of your week.

This workshop is designed for everyone and   only requirement is enthusiasm :) and a smile.
