Let’s turn those garments that you have been hoarding into something spectacular and totally one off. Disassemble, sewing, stitching, painting, bleaching. There are no limits!
Tees, jackets, pants, dresses, shirts. Everything can be repurposed. If you want to find your creative boundary and then go beyond it this workshop could be for you.
Basic sewing skills required.

For more than 20 years I have practiced in the mixed media sphere.
I was initially influenced by knitting and its various techniques and possibilities. Through experimentation I developed and published two pattern books which represented the culmination of this experience. I was also fortunate enough to have a gown accepted as an entrant into WoW in New Zealand.
I believe it is important to be constantly evolving and innovating. Renewal and change is at the heart of modern art. I feel this quality is reflected in my now 15 years as a forum tutor. Exchanging knowledge and advice with others is both a rewarding and enriching experience for both student and tutor alike.
